1. Where do you ship?
We are happy to announce that we now ship worldwide. (Exclusions may apply - depending on where our trusted carriers deliver).
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time is calculated at checkout.
3. I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
You can start off by checking your spam folder. If you still don't see your order confirmation please email customer service email@example.com with your name. Our team will look up your order details.
4. Where is my order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been processed, we will send you an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. If the tracking number still hasn't updated after 24 hours, please contact customer support firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
5. How can I return an item?
Please email customer support email@example.com with your name, order number and details for the return. Refunds are issued directly to the payment method you used to place the order.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
You can use debit, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and Feminal gift cards of course.
6. How do I know what size to get?
We have size charts for all of our products. We recommend taking a look at the charts to help you determine which size to get.
7. My tracking number says my package was delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please contact the shipping carrier as they will be the only ones able to assist in this situation. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
8. Will I be charged customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.
