Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Pre-ordered items will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of stock arrival.

Orders placed will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Please be sure to check your spam or contact us if you do not receive the order confirmation. Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to become available.
