Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will not be provided for returns that have passed the 30 day order delivery date.

How to return:

To start a return, simply email our support team at, and be sure to include the order number, your name, address, email and phone number as well as the reason for return. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for returns at the moment. Please make sure that you use a tracked shipping method when sending your returns. Original shipping costs are not refunded when you return your item(s).

Return Terms & Conditions:

You can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges), and in its original packaging. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” 

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). ONLY store credit can be given for returned supplement products as they are consumable goods. 

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or given a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
