FEMINAL MARKET EVENT TERMS & WAIVER

Event Date: September 13, 2026

By registering for and attending Feminal Market, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I understand that my attendance at Feminal Market and participation in any activities offered during the event are entirely voluntary. Activities may include, but are not limited to, group exercise, fitness activities, games, challenges and other recreational activities.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that attending an outdoor event and participating in physical or recreational activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of accident, illness, bodily injury, property damage or other loss.

These risks may arise from physical exertion, equipment, other participants, outdoor terrain, grass, uneven or slippery surfaces, weather conditions and other conditions associated with the event or property.

I voluntarily choose to attend and/or participate and knowingly accept and assume the risks associated with doing so.

3. FITNESS ACTIVITIES

I understand that I am responsible for deciding whether I am physically capable of participating in any workout, challenge or other physical activity offered at Feminal Market.

I agree to participate within my own abilities, stop participating if I feel unable to continue safely and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

4. PRIVATE PROPERTY

I understand that Feminal Market is being held on private property. I agree to follow event instructions, remain within designated event areas and behave responsibly and respectfully while on the property.

I acknowledge that outdoor and private-property environments may contain natural or physical conditions including uneven ground, vegetation, insects, weather-related conditions and other hazards.

5. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my attendance and participation and agree to release and hold harmless Feminal, its owners, event organizers, representatives, instructors, volunteers, participating vendors, and the owners and occupiers of the property from claims arising from the inherent risks of my voluntary participation in the event and its activities.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY

I am responsible for my own personal belongings while attending Feminal Market. Event organizers and property owners are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. EVENT RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

I agree to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by event organizers and activity leaders. I understand that participation in an activity may be refused or discontinued where organizers reasonably believe doing so is necessary for safety.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By selecting the required Event Waiver & Acknowledgement checkbox when submitting my RSVP, I confirm that I have had the opportunity to read these terms before registering, understand that participation in certain activities involves risk, and voluntarily agree to these Event Terms & Waiver.
