Today's baked recipe is super easy! Simple ingredients that are dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free. It will take you 5 minutes to throw together and about 20 minutes to bake in the oven.
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/4 cup of almond milk (any milk all work here)
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup of maple syrup (adjust based on how sweet you want them)
1/4 cup of nut butter of choice
1 1/2 cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together
Line a baking tray (or coat it with butter/oil)
Spread the mixture evenly
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes and let cool.
